| Processing Orders |
After you have placed your order online, if you selected etiquette review and proof, one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you via e-mail within 48 hours to provide etiquette suggestions and clear up any questions they may have regarding your order. If your order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, you will be contacted the next business day. Orders submitted selecting etiquette review and proof, will not be sent to print until you give your final written approval to our representative via e-mail. Once we receive your final approval, your order should arrive within two weeks of your final approval date.
Orders submitted without etiquette review and proof will be printed exactly as submitted and should arrive to you within two weeks. |

| Return Policies |
If there is a printing error on your order please contact our customer service department within 3 business days so that we can correct the error. Orders that need to be reprinted will be given priority attention and will not result in additional cost to the customer if the error is ours. We will provide you with a call tag and have UPS pick up the order from the location of your choice. If the mistake is a customer error, we will reprint the order to the customer's satisfaction and the customer will be responsible for price of the order with a 10% discount in addition to the shipping cost of the reprinted order.

| Order Confirmation |
| We will provide you with an order confirmation within 1 business day of receipt. The order confirmation will indicate that we have successfully processed the order. |

| Packaging of Product |
| We will deliver all merchandise to you in professional packaging. If you receive a damaged product, our customer service department is there to take care of the problem immediately and replace the damaged product. |

| Price |
| We will ship the displayed product at the price displayed without substitutions or changes. |

It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as it travels through various computer systems.
