| You may have your order rushed for an additional fee of $50.00. Please contact your personal Stationery Consultant for more information on how we can assist you in upgrading your order. |

| That's an area where we excel! No situation is too complicated when you are armed with etiquette experts that have 15,000 wedding invitation orders under their belt! Just select etiquette review and proof while placing your order and one of our Stationery Consultants will help you figure out wording for any circumstance. |

| I am uncertain about the invitation wording on my order, is there a review process once my order is placed? |
| If you selected etiquette review and proof while placing your order, your order will be quality checked for proper etiquette and completeness. Once you have submitted your order online, one of our Stationery Consultants will personally contact you via e-mail within 2 business days to provide etiquette suggestions and clear up any questions they may have regarding your order. If your order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, you will be contacted the next business day. Your order is not sent to print until you give your final approval. Please be certain to check your e-mail regularly as any issues will be communicated to you through the e-mail address you provided when you registered. |

| Can I see a sample of the invitation stock before I order? |
| We encourage you to buy a sample before you buy ANYWHERE! Your wedding invitation purchase is not one you want to regret! Order a sample and check out the paper quality for yourself! Just click the "order sample" button next the invitation you like! Each sample is only $2.95 and we will have it out to you in a few days! |

| What are the operating hours of your Customer Service Department? |
| Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. There is an automated attendant after hours that will receive your call, and will enable you to leave a message. Your call will be promptly returned on the following business day. |

| I have submitted my order online, but now I want to change it. How can we make the changes I need? |
| If you selected etiquette review and proof while placing your order, once your order is submitted, you will have the opportunity to make changes before it is printed and shipped. Your personal Stationery Consultant will be in continuous contact with you via e-mail while your order is going through the approval process. If you have immediate concerns, please call us toll free 1-888-444-6747 and a Consultant will be happy to help you. |

| I am concerned about providing my credit card over the Internet. How can I be sure my order is secure? |
Your privacy and security are important to us! Our secure server software is above the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address so that it cannot be read as it travels through various computer systems.

| When can I expect my order to be delivered? |
After you have placed your order online, if you selected etiquette review and proof, one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you via e-mail within 48 hours to provide etiquette suggestions and clear up any questions they may have regarding your order. If your order is placed on a weekend or a holiday, you will be contacted the next business day. Orders submitted selecting etiquette review and proof, will not be sent to print until you give your final written approval to our representative via e-mail. Once we receive your final approval, your order should arrive within two weeks of your final approval date.
Orders submitted without etiquette review and proof will be printed exactly as submitted and should arrive to you within two weeks. |
